Salary Range
$70,000 – 85,000 annually (paid on an hourly basis)
Period of Performance
First 90 days as a contract worker, then can move into position with benefits after the 90-day review.

Required Education and Experience
1.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in an Architecture and Design environment.
2.
Bachelors degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
Preferred Education and Experience

Masters Degree in Architecture (MArch) from an accredited university.
Job Position
Unlicensed or Licensed Architect II
Fully competent in all conventional aspects of architecture. Independently performs a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of architectural designs for projects of moderate size and complexity. Performs analyses of design, planning and occupancy studies and limited design layouts. Prepares project specifications, compiling and analyzing relevant data. Writes reports and specifications. Reviews completed reports, plans, estimates and calculations.
Essential Functions
1.
Leading projects from beginning to end.
2.
Craft construction and technical drawings in Autodesk Revit.
3.
Research Zoning and Building Codes so that drawings comply with jurisdictions serving Colorado and beyond.
4.
Coordinate drawings with consultant teams, including MEP and Structural Engineers.
5.
Problem solving in Construction Administration. Demonstrate high competency in communication with General Contractors and clients. Creation of drawings and other descriptive information into RFIs, ASIs so that projects can be built efficiently and per Client requirements.
6.
Communication and collaboration with internal project team.
Competencies
1.
Extensive experience with drawing Construction Documents in Autodesk Revit.
2.
Experience working in an architecture office producing drawings for commercial and residential projects.
3.
Experience in leading Construction Administration efforts, working with client, owner’s representatives, and general contractors.
4.
Computer skills including the use of Bluebeam, Rhino, Sketchup, Microsoft Office and the Adobe Creative Suite.
5.
Must be able to work as a responsive team member, meet schedules, and perform well without oversight.
