In 2013, Emily founded Neoera to explore progressive architecture and design practices and create a more collaborative, transparent, and service-oriented experience for clients. She is known for her instinctive ability to simplify complex challenges and leads every project with creative clarity. When she’s not designing, she enjoys traveling, dancing with her two daughters, and playing guitar, experiences that continue to inspire her thoughtful, human-centered approach to architecture.
