1058 Delaware Street

Two neighboring 1929 masonry buildings in the Golden Triangle neighborhood were distinct buildings until Neoera was hired by the property owner to connect them. A singular large opening in two masonry walls was created so that the new tenant in both spaces can easily communicate within their organization. Neoera designed a new, concrete accessible stair and ramp between buildings and conducted other ADA and building infrastructure upgrades. The interior design of the space (finishes and furniture) was performed by Ware Malcomb.
