For The Record

For The Record (FTR) is a high technology company that records courtroom proceedings in United States with hardware/software developed by FTR. FTR needed a bright and energized space to attract talented employees, as well as reflect the company culture of transparency and openness. It was vital that Neoera brand FTR as an innovative company and fiscally responsible to its customers. To 3-dimensionally brand the FTR space, Neoera conducted studies on its logo and ultimately turned the logo on its side to form a 3-dimensional, porous barrier between spaces. Using computational algorithms, Neoera worked with local fabricators to develop and build a unique-to-FTR architectural wall within a budget of $35,000. This undulating plywood wall was fabricated using CNC technology and colorful acrylic disks which structurally support the plywood fins. The “Wall” has become a treasured element within FTR as well as for the building’s property management. When property management tours the building with potential tenants, the FTR suite has become the finale due to the innovative nature of the space. Neoera created an open space plan which distinguishes departments from one another while creating a collaborative atmosphere.
